Monica Tindol

Director of Human Resources

Monica, new to the team in 2026 has in been a dedicated HR Professional in warehouse, manufacturing, transportation and financial industries. She was previously employed with Patterson Companies as a Regional Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Supervisor, with her most proud accomplishment being the first in Jacksonville to hire an Afghanistan refugee, putting her company on News4Jax. Prior to that, Monica was employed with MoneySolver, a financial services provider to those with tax, student loan and credit needs.

Monica’s passion is “people.” Her mutual dedication to the company as well as employees has always been her strong suite. Employees at MoneySolver wanted to give back the love she always gave them by sending her to her dream vacation spot in Hawaii to see her brother’s Marine Corp retirement ceremony.

A Kentucky native and proud mother of one son and two granddaughters, and a recent newlywed, Monica spends as much time as possible with family. In her weekend free time, she enjoys going to the beach or just being out in nature.
