Her expertise spans all customer segments, from food service to retail. She is a dynamic leader, adept at driving revenue, leading cross-functional teams, and optimizing supply chain operations for food service and consumer brands. Jenny’s passion lies in fostering strong relationships in a collaborative environment that promotes growth and new product development, maximizing client value, and fostering innovation. A Georgia native and a proud mother of two, Jenny’s Bachelor of Applied Science in Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism Management equips her with a unique blend of business acumen and hands-on experience. This combination makes her a valuable addition to Shaw’s and the seafood industry.
