James Harris

Director of Procurement

James Harris was appointed Director of Procurement at Shaw Family Seafood Company in 2022. Before joining Shaw’s  James built his career in airline catering, first in London, England and later in the USA with gategourmet, the world’s leading airline catering company. Passionate about food & beverage, James earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Hospitality Management and returned to university to complete his procurement exams. In his 15 years prior to joining Shaw’s, James collaborated with global Customers and Vendors building partnerships, and leading procurement strategies. James has brought these strategies to Shaw Family Seafood Company and continues to play a key role in cross-functional collaboration, driving development and innovation, and is a valuable member of the Team.
