Howard (Bubba) Shaw Jr.
National Account Executive
As a fourth-generation family member who’s been working at Shaw Family Seafood Co. for forty years Bubba has done it all. From production, warehouse, HR, mixing, QC, QA, to accounting and shipping and receiving were all front row. He also has certifications in leadership skills, completed human resource courses at UNF, obtained HACCP training at ABC Laboratories in Gainesville, and attended Shrimp School at the University of Florida. Howard also has an Associate Degree from Florida State College of Jacksonville and a Bachelorette in Business at the University of North Florida. His experience also includes having served 8 years on the board of directors and various committees at the National Fisheries Institute and helping to organize and complete the first class of Future Leaders Organization at the NFI.
