Director of Marketing and Business Development

Bluzette Carline joined as the Director of Marketing and Business Development at Shaw Family Seafood Company in 2024. Prior to this, she dedicated 12 years to spearheading marketing initiatives at Beaver Street Fisheries, a leading seafood supplier in the industry. Bluzette brings extensive expertise in retail and foodservice marketing strategies, alongside her experience in new product development. Her passion lies in cultivating dynamic team strategies and forging strong partnerships to drive market presence and accelerate brand growth.

A proud native of Jacksonville, Florida, Bluzette earned her Communications degree from the University of North Florida. Now embracing life as an “empty nester,” with two grown children aged 32 and 23, she relishes her newfound freedom. When she’s not reeling in new business opportunities, you can find her enjoying outdoor adventures or satisfying her love for travel.
