Shaw Family Seafood Co. has a Total Quality Management System in place to ensure that all products comply with applicable safety, quality, and legal regulations, as well as to assure our customers of our commitment to investing the human and financial resources required to implement, train, manage, and continually improve these systems.
We cultivate and nurture a food safety culture among our management team and associates such that it is embedded as a way of life in our company. Seafood, USDA meat, and poultry HACCP plans, HARPC plan for plant-based foods, quality, sanitation standard operating procedures, pest control, vendor, allergen, food defense, and laboratory proficiency programs are just a few of the systems in place to assure our company produces only the most wholesome foods possible.
